complemented by the new Mezzanine Lounge and traditional Cigar Club, which
opened in 1999. The new and flexible conference and banqueting suites,
completed in autumn 2000 are perfect for business and family occasions.
The hotel also offers the famous 'Champneys' health and beauty club with
40,000 square feet of marbled tranquillity, with a gracious swimming pool,

Piccadilly proudly stands on nine floors, showcasing 266 luxurious
bedrooms. Located in the heart of London's West End, the hotel is near the
shopping district, theatres, parks and museums. Regarded as one of
London's finest hotels, guests can relax at Champney's Health Club, enjoy
a traditional afternoon tea at the Oak Room Lounge, or indulge in the
gourmet cuisine of the Terrace Restaurant and Bar. Five-star standard, all
single rooms have queen-size beds, double rooms have king-size beds and
some rooms have two single beds. All rooms have an en suite bathroom with
shower over the bath, air conditioning, bathrobe, toiletries, direct dial
telephone, hairdryer, minibar, trouser press and remote-controlled colour
television with cable channels, pay-TV, Sony PlayStation® and a fax
machine which can be used as a printer. Not all Standard rooms accept cots
or rollaways.
Five-star deluxe, with the same facilities as Standard, but rooms are more
spacious and brighter. Most rooms will accommodate extra beds. Some rooms
have two queen-size beds and two rooms take extra beds, ideal for

as Standard, with king-size beds (four rooms have two queen-size beds).
All are open plan with a sitting area. Eight of these suites have two
bathrooms. There are two newly refurbished, open-plan studio suites with
one bedroom with king-size bed, seating and work areas. Other amenities
include a lounge chair, armchair, desk, minibar, television with radio,
pay-TV and Sony PlayStation®. Also included is a fax / printer machine,
modem connection, bathrobe and slippers, a trouser press, continental
quilt, two-line telephone, work desk, separate modem point and an ISDN
line available on request. Average size - 22 square metres. Facilities as Deluxe, all
king-bedded and with a separate sitting room. Two suites have whirlpool
baths. Three can be used as two-bedroom suites. Four of the Deluxe Suites
have two bathrooms. One newly refurbished one-bedroom suite has a
king-size bed and spacious, separate living room and two bathrooms.
Amenities include lounge chair, armchair, desk, minibar, television with
radio, pay-TV and Sony PlayStation®, fax / printer machine, modem
connection, bathrobe and slippers, a trouser press, continental quilt,
two-line telephone, work desk, separate modem point and an ISDN line,
available on request. There is a second television in the bedroom. An
additional interconnecting bedroom is available. Average size - 34 square
metres.
Restaurants Facilities
A contemporary restaurant
with a spectacular glass roof venue. Located on the 2nd floor, the
restaurant overlooks Piccadilly and was completely refurbished and
reopened in March 1999. Dress code - smart casual. Guests staying at Le Meridien
Piccadilly have automatic membership to Champneys Health Club & Spa during
their stay. Champneys Health Club & Spa has been completely refurbished
and re-equipped, and the facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool,
gymnasium, cardiovascular room, squash courts, treatment rooms, sauna,
Turkish bath and jacuzzi.
